| April 27: I was strolling along North Wanamassa Drive alongside the downstream part of the “duck pond” when I saw two large birds flying upstream towards and then past me. I noticed they were turning around and readied the camera. Here’s a shot of one of them, clearly a great blue heron, although at the time, looking through the camera, I thought it might be a smaller green heron. | ||
