| Saturday, November 9: Earlier, we had stumbled upon a pair of white-throated sparrows foraging beside the path. It was tough to get in a good position to photograph them because they hopped away from us, but this one took a look in my direction allowing me to get a good picture of its white throat. We've seen quite a few of these birds in the last few days, a sure sign that fall is well and truly upon us. | ||
