| This bird came out of nowhere. I was looking for the green heron and I suddenly saw this bird scrambling across the mud. The problem was the bird was too close to me and I couldn't get it in focus. This lone shot came out best. The bird is a northern waterthrush, an identification thanks to the members of the bird watching forum. This was my only sighting. | ||
