Here's a closer view. That previous shot was the complete image reduced to fit the space here (with some cropping). This image is just cropped out of the middle of the image. For twenty minutes, Pam and I watched the bird do nothing. The camera was heavy (I'd not brought the tripod) and so every now and then I'd lower it and put my glasses on. Wouldn't you know...
