| Thursday, October 31: We've had a lot of rock doves at our feeder this year, many of which were predominantly white, but this one is totally white. Is it actually a rock dove? Or is it some other type of dove? Sibley's seems to suggest that all rock doves have black bills. But I don't see any alternative bird that is completely white -- could this be an albino? The black eye suggests otherwise, but what do I know? | ||
